Good afternoon,

I just want to say a massive thank you to Tom and his team for the work which was carried out at the Fulham Branch.

As this branch had to close due to Rats being in the banking hall this had to be auctioned with immediate effect, this request was passed to Tom at 15:22 and he arranged attendance the same day to lay bait etc. On this request the team who attended also carried out a drain survey, fitted a rat blocker, removed waste and installed external bait boxes most of which was completed within a day of being given the job.

I have spoken with the branch manager who is also extremely happy with the level of service she has received from Pestforce.

The response times and service we have received from Tom since we have been using Pestforce have been excellent and i have been receiving excellent feedback from work requests Pestforce have carried out.
